Tomorrow's hearing before the House Committee on Oversight and Reform just became the "Roger and Brian" show. Chairman Henry A. The Clemens saga took another strange turn today when former teammate and friend Andy Pettitte asked to be excused from the hearings next Wednesday, reports The New York Times . It is said that he wants out of the procedure, because he doesn't want to hurt Roger Clemens while on national television, a demand that is supported by the chairman of the committee.
