Top Rank promoter Bob Arum feels he can make more money with Chavez headlining a series of pay-per-view events in 2008, before scheduling his breakout for 2009. Views: I have to say, I find scheduling a breakout year to be pretty amusing. Arum's plan is to have J.C., Jr., headline a card every other month or so, starting on February 9.
