The 2000 draft has been much maligned, but the Oakland Raiders got two special specialists in Sebastian Janikowski and Shane Lechler. Janikowski has been oft-criticized for his off the field incidents and perceived inconsistency, but he has evolved into one of the elite kickers in the game.
