    i still dont see why cook would go unless he has a financial/family situation that demands that he go pro.  It was great to have them for a year though.

... You've probably heard by now that Greg Oden, Mike Conley, and Daequan Cook are going to declare themselves eligible for the NBA draft, according to ESPN. Well, technically, it's according to their source. Now, the last source the media had was Oden's dad, and everyone involved in the process was quick to respond that no decision had been made at that time. But this source, he's definitely better informed than Oden's dad. Because he's "close to the situation," you see.

Oden makes it official, declares for NBA draft

Greg Oden is through with school. The 7-foot freshman said on Friday that he will leave Ohio State after leading the Buckeyes to the national championship game and enter the NBA draft, where he figures to be one of the top two picks along with Kevin Durant of Texas.
