A law enforcement official familiar with the case says Buffalo Bills chief operating officer Russ Brandon has been subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury looking into a hit-and-run accident involving running back Marshawn Lynch's SUV.

ProFootballTalk.com — As expected, Erie County District Attorney Frank Clark has subpoenaed Bills COO Russ Brandon in connection with the investigation regarding the May 31 hit-and-run incident involving a car owned by Bills running back Marshawn Lynch. According to the Associated Press , Brandon received paperwork summoning him to testify before a grand jury on Thursday night. The grand jury is scheduled to convene on June 20.
