A law enforcement official familiar with the case says Buffalo Bills chief operating officer Russ Brandon has been subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury looking into a hit-and-run accident involving running back Marshawn Lynch's SUV.

As expected, Erie County District Attorney Frank Clark has subpoenaed Bills COO Russ Brandon in connection with the investigation regarding the May 31 hit-and-run incident involving a car owned by Bills running back Marshawn Lynch. According to the Associated Press , Brandon received paperwork summoning him to testify before a grand jury on Thursday night. The grand jury is scheduled to convene on June 20.
