Finally.
After a Bulls season that was filled with nothing but frustration, and a coaching search that has gone much the same way, Chicago finally got a little lucky on Tuesday night. Despite having only a 1.7% chance of winning the NBA draft lottery, the Bulls ended up with the first pick in this summer's draft.
