Before the Brewers crapped out this afternoon, Chuckie Hacks sums up the Cubs season thusly: The Cubs, as presently constructed, appear built for winning the NL Central but not built for winning any playoff games. As opposed to the Brewers, who appear to be built for finishing second in the NL Central (this year) but not for winning more than one playoff game (in 26 years and for the foreseeable future).
