Open Thread, 9/4: Padres vs Diamondbacks

So Jake Peavy is the NL Pitcher of the Month . Personally, I think it should've gone to Aaron Harang. I think if Jake wins the Cy Young and the Triple Crown, the Padres should retire the number 44 right now. Don't even wait. Don't even let Jake wear it. Make him switch numbers.
