Addicted To Quack — ... LeGarrette Blount will be reinstated for the ASU game.  Report said, AD Mike Bellotti requested reinstatement Sunday evening and Larry Scott of the Pac-10 reviewed it this morning and gave Oregon the go ahead. He will be available to play this Saturday against ASU. Interesting side note: Allen speculated that Oregon waited to bring him back in front of the home crowd.  Blount said he is happy for the second chance.  Ed. Here is the University press release
