Orlando Scandrick, rookie cornerback selected in the fourth round of the draft, signed a four year/$1.85 million with a $185,000 signing bonus. Earlier in the day, he changed agents from David Canter to Ron Slavin of BTI Sports Advisors. This is a good step for the Cowboys in getting started in these rookie signings. I expect him to be primarily used in special teams, but may see some time in different defensive packages. Some people have said he outplayed Mike Jenkins, the Cowboys first round pick, in the OTAs. To me, how do you outplay someone in helmet and shorts? Both are learning the NFL ...
