Palmer, who said his right elbow continues to get stronger, looked sharp during the morning session but threw only one pass during the afternoon practice. The seventh-year player will remain on a pitch count of around 150 passes during two-a-day sessions. “It’s getting stronger in the sense I can throw for longer.
