Penguins file for arbitration with Fleury; Malkin shut out at NHL Awards
In pro sports, the word arbitration is not usually a good thing. The majority of the time, the team and the player’s agent sling mud against each other, with the team claiming why the player doesn’t deserve a higher salary while the agent tries to get the biggest raise he can for his client.
