Rivals - citing ESPN and the AP - is reporting that Atlanta Falcons head coach Bobby Petrino has resigned his position with the team to become the new head coach at Arkansas . Petrino signed a five-year, $24 million deal with Atlanta in January. His deal with Arkansas, ESPN reported, would be for about $3 million per season.
