There’s been a lot of talk about pitching on short rest in the past day or two, but Andy Pettitte wasn’t all that interested in discussing that topic on Tuesday.
Either he’ll pitch well in Game 6 or he won’t, but he doesn't think it will have anything to do with the number of days in between his starts.

Depending on how you choose to read this, it's either a good sign (in that there won't be a correlation between number of days of rest and effectiveness) or a terrible one (in that he didn't even have good stuff on extra rest). ...
