"We don't have a rule on performance-enhancing drugs; we never had had," he said. "We're getting close on that. I suspect we'll be done with that certainly this year." That's a wise move. Although I really don't think Woods uses steroids (mostly because he had incredible power even as a teenager), I do believe at least a few PGA Tour players do -- the financial incentive of getting a little bit stronger off the tee is just too much to pass up. The PGA needs to show it is acting against steroids before a steroid scandal tarnishes the sport.
