We're the Team to Beat - a Mets and Phillies Rivalry Blog — ... 15-day DL stint will give Pedro time to get some arm strength and get re-acclimated to the bigs.  Also, it leaves the Phillies time to find him a roster spot.  This DL stint may not be the most exciting news on Pedro’s first day as a Phillie, but it’s not a shocker.  We won’t see Pedro on the field for another two weeks, but I’m sure we’ll hear from him.Recent Posts: Pedro signs and goes straight to the DL!
