Pedro Feliz's RBI double in the bottom of the ninth inning capped a four-run rally that carried the Philadelphia Phillies to a 4-3 victory over the Houston Astros on Tuesday night. Houston starter Shawn Chacon allowed only four singles in eight impressive innings before handing the ball to closer Jose Valverde. [link]

Adam Eaton put together a pretty good start, but it looked like it was going to go to waste until the Phillies bats came alive in the 9th inning.
