Carrasco is the Phillies top prospect and is currently in AA. This adds fuel to the rumor that the Mariners are looking to trade Bedard. The Phillies have made it very clear they are interested in Bedard after scouting him last weekend against the Braves and again this week in Seattle and any deal involving Bedard would have to include Carrasco on the Phillies end as the rest of their farm system is terrible. ...
