For the majority of post-Mitchell Report dispute between Roger Clemens and Brian McNamee, it was a "he said/he said" with each side simply claiming that the other was lying. That changed when Brian McNamee revealed that he had saved syringes, cotton and gauze pads that he claims he used to inject Roger Clemens with performance-enhancing drugs
