You are the head coach of the Green Bay Packers and are charged with determining who you want to lead your squad for the 2008 season.  You can use any criteria you want for your decision, but remember that like all NFL coaches, your job is on the line every season.  However your choices are limited to those on the Green Bay roster or those not under contract to any team.

"The rally in Green Bay, Wis., was the brainchild of brothers Adam and Erick Rolfson, who on Friday tried to think of a way to keep Favre in Green Bay. Another rally is planned for Monday night in suburban Milwaukee and every Sunday thereafter at Lambeau Field until Favre is back." It must suck to be Aaron Rodgers right about now.
