Raise the Jolly Roger — The Pirates announced today that Tim Neverett will be Lanny Fratarre’s replacement as play-by-play announcer. [PG] Neverett has done play-by-play for FSN Rocky Mountain for the Colorado Rockies’ games, and has also worked for Versus and the Mountain West Sports Network while calling college baseball and football games.
