If you're not stopping by Football Outsiders on a regular basis, you're missing out on an essential part of being a thinking man's football addict. And if you a Titans fan needing a break from all-Pacman bad news all the time, FO has a little treat today with a breakdown of the Titans' shotgun fake option . As the breakdown points out, Young's combination of speed and a quick release makes him an extremely difficult matchup for any team. And as long as the option plays don't get Young knocked down too often, the story explains how difficult it is for defenses to handle all of the different things the Titans can do out of a simple formation.
