After each team taking a W in yesterdays double header, the Mets (18-16) will face off against the Reds (15-22) in the rubber match of the series. The Reds will send rising star Johnny Cueto (2-3, 5.27) to the mound to take on Ollie Perez (2-3, 4.63). Game time is slated for 1:10pm and can be seen/heard on CW11 and WFAN (660AM). Adam Bostick heading north?

Anthony McCarron hints at a possible move the Mets might be making in the coming days due to Saturday's doubleheader. From McCarron: Lefty Adam Bostick was yanked from his start last night at Triple-A New Orleans after three scoreless innings, meaning he possibly could be called up to start Wednesday when the Mets may need a fill-in starter as a result of yesterday's doubleheader.

Mets/Reds Game 3: Mets 8-3

Mets pound the Reds and take 2 out of 3. Carlos Beltran led the way with a homer and 3 RBI. The game had a comical ending. The Reds actually batted out of order. Something personally i've never seen before.
