Congratulations to Todd Collins, who came off the bench and did precisely what a backup quarterback is meant to do: run the offense as if nothing had happened to the first guy. Collins was poised in the pocket [though he didn’t face much pressure], made no bad throws, and looked as if he’d been running those plays for years. Oh, wait — that’s right.
