The Oakland Raiders bolstered their offense on Wednesday by signing former Pro Bowl wide receiver Javon Walker as well as offensive tackle Kwame Harris . I'm thinking the Raiders are going to try and trade out of the top slot. They simply have not had any luck at all grooming QB's, and JaMarcus Russell is not without risk.
