Arman Shields, a wide receiver who missed 10 games with an ACL tear for Richmond last season, was selected in the fourth round with the 125th pick overall by the Raiders.
Shields becomes the player acquired in exchange for cornerback Fabian Washington, who was traded to Baltimore for the selection.
