This just in, Newsday reporting that the Grizzlies have passed on the possible trade for Zach Randolph. The two teams have been talking over the last few weeks with Memphis waiting for Walsh to sign off on the deal. As structured, it would've sent Marko Jaric and Darko Milicic to the Knicks for Zach
