According to MLB.com's T.R. Sullivan, the Rangers offered arbitration to Type B free agent Milton Bradley. It was an easy decision given his .436 OBP and .563 SLG this year. Jon Heyman wrote about a month ago that Bradley hopes to find a four-year deal worth more than $10MM per.
