The Rangers' stable of third- and fourth-line forwards emptied a bit yesterday when left wing Ryan Hollweg, 25, was shipped to Toronto for a fifth-round draft pick in 2009. The Downey, Calif., native played three seasons with the Rangers, compiling 311 penalty minutes and only five goals and 11 assists. [link]

via Sportsnet , Cliff Fletcher, general manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced Monday that the team has obtained left-winger Ryan Hollweg from the New York Rangers.
