Why do I say that? Because we did what they won't. We voted Paul for MVP. Now, I can already see certain people's columns tomorrow, about how this is a joke, and ridiculous, and everyone that didn't vote Kobe for first, second, and third should be barred from ever being a part of this monumental award ever again. And I can see ranting and raving from certain respected friends, about how this is absurd. And hey, I even admitted that Kobe was going to win. That doesn't mean that I think he deserved it over Paul. I supported Nash two ...

Yes, it's true. I had an MVP ballot and everything... and I did not vote for Mr. Kobe Bean Bryant. I couldn't believe it myself. Nope, we cast our vote for CP3. Oh, yeah, for context - here's Part II (and the conclusion) for the Blogger MVP/ROY and other awards voting over at We Rite Goode... no real surprises. Lots of pretty graphics. Enjoy.

Filed under: 76ers, Pistons, Nuggets, Mavericks, Spurs, NBA Awards, Detroit We Rite Goode added a special category to the season's final Blogger MVP Rankings last week: seventh man of the year. The reasoning? We elected to skip 6th Man--not just because Manu Ginobili was near-unanimous, but since typical candidates are de facto starters--and instead wanted to recognize a true impact reserve. A player who doesn't get starter's minutes (so, no one who played more than 24 mpg) and ...
