Having hit the midpoint in their season with their first consecutive losses all year, the Colorado Rapids aren't exactly where they want to be. But they remain poised for a playoff push, sitting at fourth in the Western Conference and eighth overall. Their stature might have them more on the periphery than in the thick of the pack, but they are well with in reach of seizing control of their season.
