Breaking news has been reported that Hedo Turkoglu took a 360 degree turn, signing with the Toronto Raptors instead of the Portland Trail Blazers. Originally, it was believed that Turk would be signing a hefty contract with the Blazers, especially after a verbal commitment was given to the organization.
