The Ravens signed another fourth-round draft pick to a deal, as the Baltimore Sun is reporting the team has come to terms with offensive tackle David Hale. The good news is that fourth-round receiver Marcus Smith has agreed to terms. The bad news is that seven more need to be signed before camp opens on Monday. The former New Mexico wideout signed a three-year deal. The Ravens also placed tight end Quinn Sypniewski on injured reserve. Sypniewski suffered a serious injury during offseason workouts.
