Vegas Watch — Rays sign Pat Burrell for two years, $16MM. Analysis: Snyder, Cameron, Szymborski, LL, Law. CHONE projection: .236/.366/.429, 492 PAs, 23 homers, 13 RAA/150. That SLG seems really low, but I suppose the combined effect of changing leagues and parks and getting a year older is significant. I'm certainly not one to argue with CHONE.
