Blazers Blog — ... . Man, that's a sick shot, but I forgot that Travis also hit a buzzer-beater at the end of the third quarter. Outlaw's tip to Steve Blake is also a great play. Without that heady move, the ball goes out of bounds with Memphis leading by two. Blazers have to foul, most likely the game is over.
