... been needed, simply to get the refs to notice him (they didn’t notice Deron get hammered… and that wasn’t no “flop” either). The crew had been anti-Jazz almost all night… and this guy isn’t exactly the best ref in the league (see the Siler recap). Why does ESPN hate the Jazz so much? Bastards.
So, the Jazz come home now up 2-0. Game 3 in Thursday night at the sold-out ESA. It should be a good one.

Houston Rockets 94 Utah Jazz 92 Tracy McGrady is getting all the credit for the upset over the Jazz but not from me. Yeah, he scored 27 points - 7 critical ones in the fourth quarter - but his missed shots and boneheaded offensive foul against Andrei Kirilenko in the last 47 seconds allowed the Jazz to make it a one-point game. The Jazz played great in Game 1. No doubt about it. The Rockets, however, should have had a halftime lead (two layups where BJ kicked it out of bounds on the way up, and two defensive rebounds that were dropped/fumbled right into the Jazz' hands for easy baskets)... that's an 8 point swing right there.
