Per GoVolsXtra (hat tip to XRayVol, who posted the news first), RTT#17 Kenny O'Neal is transferring due to academics. Remember, O'Neal first played at Florida State, then went to junior college, and finally ended up here. We had great plans for him and his 4.26 speed, but, except for one brief flash against Arkansas State, it never really panned out. O'Neal was academically ineligible for the Outback Bowl and was excused from spring practice to focus on his studies. Apparently, it wasn't enough. Well, nice knowing ya, Kenny. Good luck.
