2008 second round pick Malcolm Kelly has won the three-headed derby for the starting wide receiver spot opposite Santana Moss. The Washington Times reported on this Friday. Check out the link here. Kelly edged out fellow 2008 second rounder Devin Thomas and incumbent Antwaan Randle El. Randle El had held the position for the last several years, despite being a more natural fit in the slot. It has been the team's intention to give the pair of second year players every chance to win the job.
