Sean Taylor of the Washington Redskins was shot and wounded early Monday by an intruder in his home on Old Cutler Road in South Miami Dade. Taylor, a former University of Miami star, was airlifted to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Details were sketchy about the shooting.
