It's looking more and more like that hockey game at Yankee Stadium just ain't gonna happen.
Chicago reportedly is going to win the sweepstakes.
I'm a hockey guy, and initially I was all for closing Yankee Stadium with a Rangers game. But the more I thought about it . . . It just didn't seem right.
Sept. 21 against the Orioles will have to do.
Maybe the Yanks can make it dramatic by winning the game to climb back to .500 with a week left in the season.
