We're on Top of the League...
Published 29 days ago by Mike (noreply@blogger.com) at Down the Byline
... The reserves beat Red Bull New York today 3-0 in a game this morning at the Swope Park training complex. The game was postponed when it was originally supposed to be played (July 11th), due to the Wizards friendly against Atlas that was on that day. Hillcrest Road has the story. Goals by Josh Wolff, Nelson Pizarro, and an own goal that apparently was set up by Pizarro. With the win, the reserves move to the top of the Eastern Conference reserve division. Good to see the reserves win and keep the shut out.
