ProFootballTalk.com — With no opportunities in the NFL (or Canada), former Giants head coach Jim Fassel has found a new job in football via a new professional league. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal , Fassel will coach the Las Vegas franchise of the UFL. UFL Commissioner Michael Huyghue would neither confirm nor deny the news, which is the same thing as confirming it. Huyghue said that the league soon will be making some announcements.  Fassel most recently worked as offensive coordinator of the Ravens.  He was a finalist for the Redskins’ head-coaching job in 2008, and he reportedly had ...
