All hail the Colorado Rapids! After a rare win in New England, they're 2-1. They're fourth in ESPN Soccernet's Power Rankings (the Revs are somehow second despite a 2-2 record), and FIRST with Goal.com's Kyle McCarthy, who lauds Colorado's ability to build from within. Great! Except that we talked about the Rapids' strong start last year, then found that their little bump in the road was actually the start of a colossal skid.
