Per the media relations department, the Brewers have placed RHP Yovani Gallardo on the 15-day disabled with a torn ACL in the right knee. Wow, that one has to hurt...literally and figuratively. The poor guy can't stay healthy.

It is being reported that Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Yovani Gallardo tore his ACL in a collision with Chicago Cubs left fielder Reed Johnson in Thursday’s game. It is still uncertain whether he will get surgery, but it’s likely that he will and will miss the rest of the season.
