Rick Ankiel really never ceases to amaze me. I mean, first the guy is a young, left-handed pitching phenom -- a star on the rise. Then some kind of mental freakout leaves him in a constant state of ball throwing and he plummets back to the minors. Then he reinvents himself as an outfielder and returns to the big leagues.
