We know some of the faithful readers weren't interested in taking a flyer on the recovering Freddy Garcia, but we still think he wouldn't be high risk, and extra pitching is always worth having (see Milton, Eric). Newsday reminds us that the Yanks will be interested him in the coming weeks . Granted, Garcia may just be toast; in his nine major league seasons, he's pitched 200+ innings seven times. His arm could be shot. But his career WHIP (1.296) is low, and his career ERA+ (111) is fairly better than league average. In other words, he could be done for, ...
