WASHINGTON, D.C. - Pat Riley has heard plenty from both inside and outside the organization about who the Heat should take with the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft. The problem is that this march to the league's worst record, which included Friday's 109-95 loss to the Wizards, does not guarantee the first pick on June 26, but merely the top seed in the random-but-weighted May 20 draft lottery. ...
