TheHype Good points Exick. I guess it's all the stuff the Spurs have done -- the pill up of it all is making what Horry did even worse on ensuing viewings.
Sure the descrip of it all is getting overboard, but damnit, I need to air out my haterade.

RedBaron What surprised me most about the play is that fact that it was Horry with the (check/shove/shiver/ambush/decapitation). That guy who is almost always quick to help an opponent up after a fall.
In fact, with Jason Richardson on Sunday, I'd be hard-pressed to come up with two players less likely to be ejected for flagrant fouls.

Every time I see a description of what Rob did to Steve, it's different and makes it sound like he sucker punched him. Let's get it straight. He did not a) punch b) elbow c) forearm d) clothesline or e) shove Steve Nash. It was a shoulder to shoulder hit. An unnecessarily rough one, yes, but a shoulder block nonetheless.
Two other things:
Nash knew the contact was coming and was going full bore anyway. No matter how slight it would have been, it would have looked worse than it was with Nash having a full head of steam going into a guy with 90 pounds on him.
Nash added a little extra flair to his fall. My favorite part was watching lay on the ground for a a few seconds waiting until a scrum got started with refs in the middle before hopping up and trying to get in Horry's face.
