According to People.com, Roger Clemens lolita Mindy McCready, after entering rehab earlier this year, was arrested for "violating her probation for prescription drug fraud in June." According to her rep, McCready will voluntarily surrender to authorities Tuesday to serve 60 days in a Tennessee jail.
