Third baseman Troy Glaus' throwing error allowed the tying run to score and Jayson Nix walked with the bases loaded in a two-run eighth inning, helping the Colorado Rockies begin the defense of their NL championship with a 2-1 victory on Tuesday night.

[image] In Act II of Opening Day, the Cards couldn't throw down the hammer on the Kipper, Mr. Wells. I was really hoping they'd put up more than 1 run, just because I haven't seen the Kipper face since late last summer. The Kipper Face is much funnier when he's not playing for the homeys.
